Fojtství Museum

The Fojtství Museum with No. 1 is the oldest preserved building in Kopřivnice. The original wooden bailey was rebuilt in 1789 by bailiff Jakub Šustala into its present form. Currently, here you can get a glimpse into the lives of people in the past, learn about folk customs and traditions. You will learn how our ancestors traveled. After all, it was here in 1850 that Ignác Šustala started the production of the first carriages and carriages, thereby laying the foundation of today's Tatra automobile company.
